Delegate Jeffries, J. moved to amend the bill on page one, section 55-7-32, line seven, by inserting a period after the word “siren”, striking the words “if the fire department or emergency medical services station siren was installed prior to the date the person acquired the property” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “Provided that from 9pm-7am a fixed siren shall only activate for weather related emergencies; or to alert the public of other hazardous conditions where life may be in danger, or failure of the alert system used to call out first responders.”

On page one, section 55-7-32, lines nine through thirteen, by striking out all of subsection (c).
